Give the whole club a voice.
Club-wide achievements and events can sit alongside relevant team or group updates. Parents see communications shared with their linked juniors.
Community & engagement
Bring the small moments and the important conversations into a shared club community.
A club update might tell you what happened. A conversation lets you be part of it. Clubberoo’s proposed private community gives members a place to celebrate effort, hear from their coach or organiser and discover what is happening across the club.
Engaged members may be more likely to stay involved. We don’t promise a retention increase or financial return: every club and every community is different.

Reactions and acknowledgements give people a way to respond. Junior examples can react and acknowledge, but cannot post, comment or reply.
The demo uses role and team audiences, so a committee discussion stays separate from a family’s team update.
Before adding another channel, decide what belongs where. Keep your existing public website for information anyone can read. Plan club updates for shared news and member, team or group spaces for relevant arrangements. A tennis session group may need a different audience from a rugby squad or a netball team; agree that structure before introducing new channels. Tell members which channel to check for changes.
In the demo, try reacting as a junior, acknowledging as a parent and publishing as a manager. Each action stays within the fictional example.
A little less admin. A lot more belonging.
