Start with how your club belongs together.
A tennis club may organise around individual membership and coached sessions. A netball or rugby club may use teams and training groups. A social or other membership club may have no teams at all. Clubberoo’s proposed setup should reflect those relationships; session booking and sport-specific competition tools are not demonstrated here.
The current demonstration follows Cuxton’s football team subscriptions. Individual membership plans, group-based billing and live collection require further implementation and agreement with each club.

A team proposes in the football demo
The assigned manager proposes a subscription amount, collection frequency and what it covers.
The club approves
An authorised board or finance representative reviews the proposal before a schedule is shared.
The payer sees the schedule
A parent sees their linked child’s approved schedule. An adult player sees their own.
Collection is authorised
In a live service, an appropriate payment provider would arrange collection with any required payer authorisation. This integration is planned.
Records stay connected
An example receipt is allocated to the correct player and team. No card or bank details are requested in this demo.
Finance sees the picture
Reports distinguish scheduled, received and outstanding example amounts for each team.
One destination.
Team-by-team clarity.
Funds could reach one club bank account through a suitable provider while internal records distinguish each team’s collections and balances. Allocation records and bank reconciliation would need to work together; an internal team balance is not a separate bank account.
The demo shows example payments and reports only. Provider setup, fees, payer mandates, refunds and reconciliation are subject to future implementation and the selected provider’s terms.
